I am highly interested in playing college football. I would be happy to play for any team where I can make a difference and sees value in the skill and intensity I bring to each play.
Schools I'm interested in (no specific order):
Ferris State University, Saginaw Valley, Davenport, Grand Valley, Northwood, Wayne State, Central Michigan, Eastern Michigan, Michigan, Michigan State
I work harder in practice than most of my peers so I am prepared for gameday. I have great football knowledge and instinct on the field. I have a very high motor - I never slow down and am a hard hitter, and a heads up player.
My play style is to play hard with great intensity on every play. I am hard hitter and quick on my feet. I'm coachable and willing to do what it takes to help my team secure the win. I bring great football and knowledge to each play and have the instinct necessary to make plays. I never give up and am a passionate player.
My goals were to be a Varsity starter as a junior on a team of 90 plus players. I achieved this goal as a two-year varsity starter, starting over seniors in my junior year. I exceeded my goals by being moved up my sophomore year from JV to Varsity for the playoffs. My senior year goals are to help our team win every game with an eye on Ford Field and to stand out from my competition and get noticed by colleges to take my football game to the next level.
I plan to play college football. I'd like to follow in family footsteps of my grandpa Kurt Barrett who was a hall of fame player at Ferris State University and cousin Mike Densmore who played for Michigan State. I work hard, hit hard, and have the strength and conditioning needed to play every down. I never give up on a play.
2016; Starter on Freshmen - played both ways as an Offensive Lineman and Defensive Lineman.
2017: One of the team leaders in tackles for 2017 JV season.
2018: Started on defense on Varsity as a junior.
2019: 2nd year starter for senior year on a team of 90 players.
