My varsity coaches would tell you it’s my drive to be better everyday, to go out and make practice and games worth it. I show up and I give 110% everyday and I still want more instruction and improvement.

My play style is first; smart. I thrive on learning the plays and executing them correctly which would also make me highly coachable. I don’t give up on a play. I keep hitting till the end. I am a leader to my teammates. I make smart choices and encourage others to do the same.

I am halfway though my high school football experience. I have been blessed to have been coached by some of the best coaches in the state of Michigan. As a freshman player I started offensively and defensively. After only two games I was moved to the JV team and again started both on offensive and defense.

Last year I practiced with the Varsity team during the summer and was given the choice to play either varsity or JV. Ultimately I chose to stay on the JV team and again start both on offense and defense. Our Romeo JV team went 9-0 this past season. I am looking forward to being a vital part of this years 2018 Romeo Varsity football team with hopes of bringing home another State Championship.

My goal is to continue my passion of playing football after high school. College football is a huge part of my families lives. My uncle, Scott Shaw, was an All-American for MSU and went on the play NFL football. I would love to follow in his shoes. My coaches have said I am a player of few words and how nice it is to have a player that consistently shows up and does his job.
