I always support my teammates through their success and especially in failures because you win as a team and you lose as a team. I perform extremely well under intense pressure, I honestly enjoy the pressure. I am also very consistent with PATs/FGs and consistently put the ball in the corners of the end zone on kickoff. I truly believe and live by the motto, "good kick, bad kick, next kick", and have an unbreakable mentality when I am on the field.

I am extremely determined and focused. I am very methodical in developing my kicking at practice and at home. I do not let anything distract me when I am on the field, I always find that happy medium between being excited and being calm before a kick, and that is where I have the greatest success. When coached, I take what I have learned and practice it until it becomes muscle memory. I am able to adapt to any coaching style because I have been coached in every way: coaches who try to break me down through yelling and criticism, and coaches who never criticize. Additionally, I am not afraid to hit when I need to, I love contact! Also, I am always confident on the field, confident enough to do my job successfully, but never confident to the point of being arrogant. Finally, I am always respectful towards my coaches and my teammates.

It has been the best experience of my life! There is no greater camaraderie and no greater high than when you are on the field with your brothers playing a game you all love. I have been blessed to have one of the greatest football coaches in the state of Michigan or anywhere for that matter. Not only is he a great coach on the field, but off the field he treats his team like they are his kids. My coach has consistently pushed me to be great ever since he first came to watch me kick back in eighth grade. I will never forget when I first began kicking for him in my sophomore year, he told me "you will be the best this school has ever had only if you want it". His ability to inspire and fill his players with confidence is why my teammates are all successful in athletics, academics, and have developed into well-rounded citizens. As I reflect on the past, the good memories inspire me, and the bad memories inspire me even more. It's funny how I seem to miss the moments of adversity in my life the most, they always seem to inspire me just a little more than the good memories.

Absolutely. I love the game and I love what I do. I would like to continue in college or as far as I can go. I want a prospective coach to know that I am a hard worker and determined to win and to do better every time I go out on the field. I have developed thick skin and very little rattles me on or off the field. I am totally fine with a tough coach and can take the "heat" when it's needed. I am very consistent on the field and am not afraid to hit.
