UD Jesuit guard Daniel Friday picks up an offer from Detroit (Story)

UD-Jesuit 2019 6'4 guard Daniel Friday picked up an offer from Detroit Mercy yesterday.

The Detroit offer is Friday's 5th offer.

Friday has quickly became one of the top prospects in the state. Just a year ago he was a total unknown to much of the state, and now he is considered to be a top 10 overall prospect in his class.

Friday is a physical guard who can play the 1-3 spots on both ends of the floor. He has great playmaking ability, and finishes very well around the hoop. His IQ, combined with his elite athleticism and strength at the guard spot give him a unique game compared to many. Expect the number of offers to increase dramatically once AAU season starts.
